- Feb 27th-Full Session Abstract Due
- Early March-Sessions Selected, Session Organizers Contacted
- Mid March-Roundtable Luncheon Proposals Due
- Late March-Identification & Confirmation of Session Speakers
- Mid/Late April-Speaker Abstracts Due (400 characters or ~ 1 paragraph)
- Mid/Late May-Session Organizers set up Telecon including all session speakers
- Early July- Send speakers reminder of upcoming Workshop Participant Deadlines
- Late July-All Speakers, Chairs, Organizers, MUST Register for Conference
- Early August-Full Session Abstract due-both overall Session and individual Speakers
- Mid-August- Draft Presentations Due to Session Organizers
- Late August-Speaker Biographies Due
- Early Sept-Final telecon with speakers: provide general conference information

- Mid August-Draft Presentation due to Session Organizers
- Sep 10-Final Presentation Due to Session Organizers for inclusion in Program
- Early Sept-Telecon with Session Speakers and Organizers for final conference details
